Including the identification of new operational processes and assistance with training in the implementation of these new processes.

Project Description: Assist LDB to ensure that: a) Phase I (Head Office and 3 Pilot Branches) of the Core Banking System implementation is successfully completed by end 2009; b) An implementation plan for Phase II (remaining branches) is agreed by end 2009; c) The agreed new Risk Management Framework is implemented as quickly as possible and is in full operation by the time the CBS Phase I goes live at the end of 2009; and d) LDB is able to select a supplier for an ATM solution.
