Based in Auckland, New Zealand, Vinstar specialises in the provision of economic and information technology consultancy services, with an emphasis on practical delivery, predominantly in Asia and the Pacific. We have also undertaken assignments in the Middle East, Africa, Latin America and Eastern Europe.

Vinstar was established in 1994 and has successfully completed more than 150 assignments in 32 countries. Our services are predominantly provided to national governments and donor agencies. Agencies we have worked with include the World Bank Group (IFC and IDA), the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the UK Government (DFID), the New Zealand Government (NZAID) and the Australian Government (AusAID).

Vinstar has previously been named "Services Exporter of the Year" in the prestigious New Zealand Export Awards and has since remained a New Zealand market leader in the provision of overseas consulting services.
